1. I have exercised 2 days in a row in the "clubhouse" here at my mom's 55+ community. Quirky fact: While doing so I must affix a guest pass to my clothing in order to certify that I am not invading the neighborhood to make illicit use of said facility.
2. Am experiencing a strange, unfamiliar desire to manage my affairs as an adult might. Almost bought a planner/organizer thingie as a result, but could not decide on color. (Phew, close call.) Also examined bank account, which has returned to the black, and saved all receipts from errands today.
3. Am eating multiple servings of fruit daily.
4. Am mostly picking up after myself, as failure to do so will result in the unacceptable consequence of Mom, who is insufficiently busy, cleaning up my messes. Despite my efforts at vigilance, she managed yesterday to sneak into my bathroom and disinfect it.
5. Have applied for 2 jobs.
6. Might apply for third, highly ambitious job.
7. Inspired by invitation from Ja, have invited Je to have coffee before tomorrow's meeting. Am therefore now at risk of making 2 female friends.
8. Worked on a late project yesterday after pretending all month it does not exist. Channeled resultant anxiety into visit to clubhouse.
