Ten true things

Poor neglected blog!

In brief, I am:

1. 76 days sober;

2. gainfully and gratefully employed;

3. making some progress in the Higher Power Lotto (The Choice Is Yours!(TM));

4. pursuant to alcoholic chickens of various kinds coming home to roost, about $10K deeper in debt awareness than I was 10 days ago;

5. taking steps toward assuming responsibility for same;

6. Literature Girl in my Monday night women's meeting (okay, technically I am literature chairperson, no caps, but that doesn't sound at all like a superhero, now does it?);

7. still in need of frequent naps;

8. no longer entirely caffeine free;

9. hopeful in all kinds of ways;

10. committed to reality.
